Man Caught with Blood stained female Panties

An un-named man was on wednesday caught with female panties stained with blood in his bag in Rivers state. The bike rider the unidentified man was suspicious of his passenger because he was answering some phony calls so when they got to anpooice checkpoint the bike rider dropped him and hebgot searched before the discoveries were made.
