The Word Today

Our text today is Proverbs 20:6-19 and it talks about faithfulness.Faithfulness can be described as the ability to stay loyal to somebody or something over a long period of time.Faithfulness is a virtue that is gradually slipping away from our lives.We are not faithful to God,we are not faithful to ourselves,not faithful to our commitments not even faithful to our businesses.Employees are not faithful to their employers,Christians are not faithful in their tithes. The list can go on and on but we need to ask God to destroy every unfaithfulness in us.
God hates unfaithfulness, he is looking for true believers to worship him in faith,spirit and in truth.HE is looking for those that will praise him in times of sorrow and in times of joy ,those who will burst out saying;I know my redeemer liveth" when all doesn't look good.That is how we ought to live.
Be faithful in little things for in them you will find your strength to manage the big things in your life.
