Nigeria's Dream team members have been paid their allowances upfront for the first eleven days in the ongoing Olympic games.Minister for sports Solomon Dalung made this known after a talk with the players.Each player is entitled to $150 daily,making a total of $1,650 for eleven days.Dalung said the allowance was paid in order to motivate the players stating also that all their allowances will be paid in due course.
The minister will be at the stadium today to cheer the team in their match today against Columbia which begins at 11pm Nigerian time.
