How Often Do you Wash your Bra Ladies?

How often you wash you bra most times depends on the number of  bras you have. Some women have plenty of the clothing items, while others have a handful of favourites that they regularly rotate. But simply, bras should be washed every three-to-six wearings  and should be interchanged so the elastic can 'rest'.

So don't wear the same bra consecutively, if you can avoid doing so. As you're well aware, bras cover an 'intimate' area. They pick up sweat and bacteria. There are some few things you should know about bras:

Bras need time to rest! Don't keep wearing a particular bra over and over again if you can, so that the elastic does not wear out fast.

Never put your bra in the dyer. While you can machine wash your bras, you should never put them in the dryer as the elastic, which is so important to a bra's functionality, simply does not react well to heat."

Never squeeze your bra when washing.

Soak your bra. Its best to soak your bra in soapy water for about 10 to 15 minutes and rinse while trying not to wring the bra fabric .

Lastly, air-dry your bra by either hanging it by the centre or laying it flat.
