New Court Papers say Michael Jackson ran A Child sexual Abuse Ring

Michael Jackson secretly operated “the most sophisticated public child sexual abuse procurement and facilitation organizations the world has known,” according to a woman who says she was one of his victims.

RadarOnline.com says it has obtained a  lawsuit filed by that woman in Los Angeles today, detailing her jaw-dropping allegations about the “childhood sexual abuse she suffered at the hands of” Jackson.

According to the complaint obtained by Radar, the woman — named “Jane Doe” in the documents — had a chance meeting with Jackson at his Hayvenhurst estate in 1986 when she was 12. Jackson obtained her family’s home phone number, she says, and not long after, the sexual abuse began, “continuing until just before she turned 15 years old, in 1989.”

Through letters, phone calls, and gifts, she claims Jackson groomed her to be his sex partner. And her allegations about what they did together are horrifying. According to the complaint, the woman’s interactions with Jackson included a litany of sordid sex acts:

“Fondling plaintiff sexually on her genitals and body, digitally penetrating Plaintiff, giving Plaintiff what he termed “movie kisses” where he tongue kissed her mouth and body, orally copulated plaintiff, forced plaintiff to orally copulate him, rubbed his clothed and unclothed body against plaintiff’s and rubbed his penis on plaintiff’s vagina, and attempted to fully insert his penis into her vagina, only partially inserting it and causing plaintiff to bleed.”

She claims his businesses were all part of the scheme. Jackson’s companies “were held out to the public to be businesses dedicated to creating and distributing multimedia entertainment by Michael Jackson,” the documents claim, “however, in fact they actually served dual purposes.” “The thinly-veiled covert second purpose of these businesses was to operate as a child sexual abuse operation, specifically designed to locate, attract, lure, and seduce child sexual abuse victims.” The woman is suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, negligent supervision, negligent retention hiring, negligent failure to warn, train or educate, and breach of fiduciary duty, and asking for a jury trial.

Representatives  for Jackson’s estate said, “This is yet another attempt to hit the lottery by suing the Estate of Michael Jackson more than seven years after Michael’s death and close to 30 years after these incidents supposedly occurred.

We believe this claim was created from whole cloth and is without any merit. It’s also no coincidence that this woman is represented by the same attorneys involved in two other frivolous claims against the Estate.”
