Mother Chains Daughter to Street Lamp for Truancy

An angry mum chained her 8 year old daughter to a street light pole for failing to attand Mandarin classes in School, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.



 The angry mother secured the chain with a big padlock and left the 8 year old crying in the car park outside their home for about an hour before neighbors who heard the girl crying called police .


The tracked down the mother and took her in for questioning.

The little girl was freed and the mother later released by the police
