An 18-day old baby girl has died from a herpes infection contracted through a kiss in Iowa.Parents Shane and Nicole Sifrit thought this month would be a month of joy for them as the welcomed their daughter this month and also got married on July 7.
Barely two hours after their wedding their daughter was rushed to a hospital fighting for her life after she contracted herpes infection. It is believed that disease was transmitted to her via a kiss as both parents tested negative to the infection.
Baby Mariana lost her fight against the virus and passed away in her father's arms on Tuesday.
*****Poor child! I personally don't like kissing other peoples infants no matter how tempted i am because i know how delicate babies are.Rest in peace.
