14 Year old Boy Shot and Killed by LAPD

A 14 year old boy Jesse James Romero has been shot dead by the. Los Angeles Police.The LA police gang unit was responding toba vandalism call when the incident occurred.LA Police chief says on getting to the scene,two officers saw two teenagers,one of them ran off while shooting at the officers who also returned fire and killed Jesse in the process.He said a handgun was found on Jesse and will be examined for fingerprints and also to confirm if Jesse actually fired the gun.
The video from the officers' body camera will also be played during the course of investigation to determine what actually happened. The second teenager who did not run was questioned and later released.
