Russell Crowe Cleared In Azealia Banks' Racial Slur Charge

 E! News  reports the Los Angeles District Attorney won't be pursing prosecution of Russell Crowe in an alleged hotel fight involving Azealia Banks due to lack of sufficient evidence.

 Banks had accused Russell Crowe of spitting in her face, calling her a nig*a and pushing her. Her friend, RZA, who invited her to Crowe's hotel room for a little private party, denied her accusations and so did Crowe.


Legal documents obtained show those  present at the dinner and other eyewitnesses stated that Banks was actually the "assaultive party," not Crowe.

 Azealia Banks had filed a police report against the Oscar-winning actor following an alleged fight that transpired at a Beverly Hills hotel.
